• Inquiry data. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, company or farm details, sprayer information and message you provide.
• Email correspondence. If you write to us directly, we process the content of your message and your contact details.
• Usage data. With your consent, analytics cookies collect pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, referring source and interactions such as clicks, scroll depth and downloads.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the website.

• Answering inquiries and preparing offers — pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Analytics and site improvement — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
• Security, availability and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest in operating a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Legal and accounting obligations — compliance with applicable law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We use carefully selected processors and service providers:

• Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — website statistics, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. IP addresses are truncated by Google.
• Hosting and content delivery providers — serve the website and store server logs.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

• Inquiries and correspondence: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a contract requires longer.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
• Server logs: typically up to 30 days.
• Cookie consent record: 12 months, or until you clear it.

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Hungary the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access to inquiry data. The website is aimed at professionals and is not intended for children under 16.
